SUNANDBASS Recordings presents Villanova / Glen Ridge, the latest release from ArpXP and Adred, out April 25th. Following Laws of Change (2024), ArpXP returns with a two-track single that embodies the immersive, physical experience of drum & bass.
ArpXP, aka Simone Deiana, collaborates with Adred, bridging over 6,800 km to create a globally shared sonic journey. They began tracks in their respective hometowns—Cagliari, Sardinia (Villanova) and Glen Ridge, New Jersey (Glen Ridge)—before exchanging them to blend their unique styles.
“Villanova” captures the warmth and pulse of ArpXP’s coastal roots, transforming city textures into a bass-driven, sunlit atmosphere. Meanwhile, “Glen Ridge” reflects the rhythmic flow of Adred’s surroundings, mirroring the crowd’s collective energy on the dancefloor.
